You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

You consent to receive electronic notices about your account, payments, maintenance, and leases. Electronic communications satisfy legal writing requirements where permitted by law.
5. Payments
Rent and other payments processed through the platform are subject to third-party payment provider terms. Unified Rental is not a bank and does not hold tenant funds except as facilitated by payment processors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unified Rentalis provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email when appropriate.
